The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: ACFOA, Inc. 222 S Bay DR Massapequa, New York 11758-8414, United States This is a continuing requirement for Sports Officiating – Officials and Time- Keepers for Football, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, and Lacrosse, at a collegiate level, National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) accredited for the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 711219 – Other Spectator Sports with a size standard of $16 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
