The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Mastodon Design’s BEAST+, AMP, and antenna at West Point, NY. This requirement will be full and open under NAICS code 334511 – Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, size standard is 1350 employees and PSC is 5865, Electronic Countermeasures, Counter-Countermeasures And Quick Reaction Capability Equipment.

In order to be eligible for award, the business must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.Gov. Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are both current and valid. Quoters are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.

The solicitation for the Mastodon’s Design’s BEAST+, AMP, and Antenna, (W911SD-24-Q-0016) will be issued in electronic format the week of August 12, 2024 and will be available on the SAM.gov. It is the Quoter’s responsibility to check the website at SAM.gov provided as necessary for any posted changes to this Solicitation W911SD-24-Q-0016 for the BEAST+, AMP, and Antenna as well as all amendments.

Solicitations (Quotes), and any additional required documents must be submitted by email to Mr. Shawn Valastro on or before the closing date noted in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No contract will be awarded on a basis of quotes received in response to this notice, but quoter’s will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government.
