NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE SIMULATIONS, INC. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Bohemia Interactive Simulations, Inc. 3050 Technology PKWY Orlando, Florida 32826-2939, United States This is a new requirement for software updates and support services for Bohemia Virtual Battle Space 4 for the West Point Simulation Center (WPSC) at the United States Military Academy (USMA). The NAICS Code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34.0 million dollars.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 09/3/2024 by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
