Clear, uninterrupted communication between instructors, firing units, and Range Control is paramount to prevent accidents and ensure mission objectives are met.

The lack of reliable voice systems introduces unacceptable risks and hinders the ability to provide immediate command and control. This procurement will equip the Japanese Self Defense Forces with the necessary tools to overcome these challenges, ensuring every command is heard and acknowledged instantly.
