NOTE: To all potentially interested parties there is an appeal to this soliciation. Please see the attached Notice to Order from the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA). This solicitaion has been extended to 04 March 2024.

Contractor shall provide non-personal services related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations to include loading, unloading, and transporting both containerized and non-containerized military equipment as specified in the contract. This includes the use of forklifts, crane, RGNs and flatbed trucks to safely move equipment weighing up to 100 tons, as well as handling containerized equipment in various configurations, such as Quadcons and TEUs, and non-containerized military vehicles.

The contractor shall supply six (6) 35K Forklift w/ operators, twelve (12) flatbed trucks w/ operators, one (1) 200T crane w/ operator, and four (4) RGNs on Mondays through Fridays during the hours of 0730 to 1700. Period of Performance: 11-19 March 2025 and 03-15 April 2025. (This will account for 16 days of work, with a brief break between the first and second equipment deliveries.)
