Sharing some Q&A's we've received from vendors via email so far as of 10 JUNE 2025. Q. A site visit is essential for this case, as it requires a thorough understanding of the user's exact requirements and the installation environment of the VTC equipment. Upon reviewing the submission requirements, we noticed that it states proposals must be submitted via CHESS IT e-mart. We would appreciate your guidance on this, as our understanding was that proposal documents should be submitted either via email to the designated POC (you) or through the PIEE system.
