Must be able to deliver within 24 hours of receiving an order. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the best value to the Government and provides fair and reasonable price. The quote shall conform to the solicitation and be advantageous to the Government. Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
