409th CSB - Firefighting Equipment and Diving Equipment North Macedonia

A sources sought for the Firefighting Equipment and Diving Equipment was posted on SAM.gov on 21 December 2025 and later solicited on SAM.gov as well as sent to European vendors directly, conducted as a competitive action. The government employed the process within FAR 12.203 of FAR Technical, SPRS, and/or Price as part of the instructions and evaluations. The award was made to Fores Skopje Company who submitted the lowest TEP, met the technical evaluation criteria, and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) assessment resulted in an "acceptable" rating, as their quote represents the best value to the government.
