Amendment 0001- Addition of new work in Statement of Work, Revised Date 11 APR 2024. Addition of 3 attachments: 05g Contractors Env Guide CM Dec 2023 05h Paine Field Analysis asbestos June 2021 05i Composite wood panel Lead analysis Paine Jan 2024 Demolition of building 531 located at Paine Field, Everette, WA and all associated work requirements.

Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, and the incidentals thereof, to perform the general construction work detailed within the Statement of Work (SOW) for project #STDF 172115, dated 9 Nov 2023. Please utilize the attached excel document for your price which lists out your divisions for the demolition project. Funds are currently unavailable for this requirement. Site visit will be conducted Wednesday 17 April 2024 at 1000 hrs local time.

All questions must be submitted as RFIs (Requests for Information) and will be due NTL 24 April 2024. All RFIs and submittals must be in digital form emailed to contact information below with ATTENTION TO:
