Vermont ANG Q3 RSD Lodging

This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solication for W50S9C-26-Q-A005. The requirement has changed, reducing the permissible radius for lodging facilities from sixty (60) miles to ten (10) miles from the primary duty station. This change is necessary due to the significant and unforeseen transportation costs and the undue logistical burden of transporting members to and from the worksite, particularly given differing shift hours. The excessive transit time and complex transportation logistics would created an unsustainable operational strain that negatively impacts mission readiness.

All quotes submitted under W50S9C-26-Q-A005 prior to this ammendment need to be confirmed between the posting date and time and the RFQ close date to be considered.

This amenment also extends the submission date to 10 April 2026, 1:00 EDT. All other remains unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-26-Q-A005 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.

The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for lodging services for the Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $40.0M.
