UBM 120 Repair Sole Source

The 111th Mission Support Group, Biddle Air National Guard Station, PA intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price order to M.I.C. Industries for replacement parts and installation on the UBM 120. The Contracting Officer has determined that M.I.C. Industries is the sole provider and maintainer of this system. The purpose of this notice is to make the Government's intention in this matter public.

If there is any reason this requirement should not be sole sourced, due to incorrect information discovered during market research, please reach out to joshua.quap.2@us.af.mil It is in the Government’s intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. The size standard defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $12.5 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued.

Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the government. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the required service and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government.

Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror’s capability to provide the required supplies and services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses shall be received via email by joshua.quap.2@us.af.mil no later than 13 Mar 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
