Amendment 0001 has been uploaded, which incorporates the updated Wage Determination dated 12 July 2024 and the Q&A document entitled 'QA - Lightning Protection System W50S8V-24-B-0003'. Contractor is required to acknowlege Amendment 0001 on their 1442 submission. Additionally, the Site Visit PowerPoint and Attendance Sheet have been uploaded for reference. This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Project NAICS: 238210 w ith a corresponding size standard of $19.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(b), this project is expected to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Performance bonds are not required if bid is less than $150,000.00, however; payment bonds are required if bid is greater than $35,000.00.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2024. LPS Inspection Reports are attached for reference only.
