148th B250 Repair

An award was made directly to the subject awardee following requirements listed in FAR 6.103-1. This publicizing Contract action includes the following as required 5.301(c).

1. Direct Award for Designer of Record (DOR) Services — Repair B250 Project. This award notice is for Type B, C&CR, and Type C Design Evaluation Services for the Repair B250 Project located at the 148th Fighter Wing (FW) in Duluth, MN. In accordance with MIL-STD-3007G, projects experiencing a delay of more than 18 months between design completion and the solicitation of construction offers must undergo a comprehensive re-evaluation. This ensures the design remains compliant with updated codes, standards, and site infrastructure changes. To maintain design integrity, technical continuity, and professional liability, this contract has been awarded directly to the original DOR.
