Repair Sub-Slab Kitchen Drain Leak

The 144 FW ANG is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to identify qualified contractors for the repair of a kitchen sink drain pipe located beneath a concrete slab. This project requires professional plumbing, excavation, and concrete restoration services to address a sub-slab leak that is impacting facility operations.

The selected contractor will be responsible for locating the exact failure point, safely breaching the concrete foundation, replacing the damaged piping, and restoring the site to its original condition. An RFQ is being considered as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and is anticipated to be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction). If issued, award would be provided to the lowest responsive quoter.
