Repair Loading Dock Concrete & Install New Handrail - Parkersburg, WV046

AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to remove the DFARS clause 252.226-7002, 'Representation for Demonstration Project for Contractors Employing Persons with Disabilities' from Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A171.  All other terms and conditions of Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-A171 remain unchanged and in full effect.  

AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of Amendment 00001 is the following:  1.) Primary Site-Visit will be held: Tuesday, 08 September 2026 from 10am through 12pm (EST);   2.) Secondary Site-Visit will be held: Wednesday, 09 September 2026 from 10am through 12pm (EST);  3.) This Amendment will also extend the due-date for quotes to 11 September 2026. 

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island at Fort Dix (ACC-RI-DIX) on behalf of the 99th
Readiness Division - Region C09 in Parkersburg, WV046 has a new construction requirement for
loading dock concrete repair and new handrail installation at the following location: PFC Roy M.
Reynolds USARC/BMA# 102-1, 4603 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV046 26101. The
contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW), as
