The purpose of this requirement is to perform the following functions: a.) pressure wash the entire loading ramp area; b.) repair the concrete that is cracked and pushed loose by frost heave/freezing expansion; c.) install new handrail (the current handrail has become loose causing safety concerns). The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The expected delivery period shall be 120 Calendar Days from the Notice-to-Proceed date to complete all tasks in accordance with the Specifications-of-Work (SOW).
