USTRANSCOM is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide Cargo Tally and Checker (TC) services at the Port of Bremerhaven, Germany in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. TC services will cover the full spectrum of cargo accountability, movement, and its documentation of US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through the Port of Bremerhaven.

Operational tasks shall include but not limited to all labor, equipment, tools, ladders lighting, safety equipment (traffic cones, signage) documents, materials, office supplies, and/or miscellaneous supplies/materials needed to provide all TC service needed for the import/export movement of USG cargo as required for vessel, truck, and rail (loading & discharging), port reception/disposition, cargo staging location(s), intra port transfers, stuffing/unstuffing, cargo prep, and inventory or warehoused Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials.

Required information and provide it to the port authorities using the Bremische Hafentelematik (BHT) system to fulfill the requirement of the German Customs for export shipments.
