TC services will cover the full spectrum of cargo accountability, movement, and its documentation of US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through the Port of Bremerhaven. Operational tasks shall include but not limited to all labor, equipment, tools, ladders lighting, safety equipment (traffic cones, signage) documents, materials, office supplies, and/or miscellaneous supplies/materials needed to provide all TC service needed for the import/export movement of USG cargo as required for vessel, truck, and rail (loading & discharging), port reception/disposition, cargo staging location(s), intra port transfers, stuffing/unstuffing, cargo prep, and inventory or warehoused Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials.
