REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR UNITED STATES TRANSPORTATION COMMAND (USTRANSCOM) NBVC POINT MUGU TO SAN NICOLAS ISLAND AND NAWS CHINA LAKE RFI: TCAQ-CR-RFI25X001 Purpose This announcement constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government.

The information requested will be used within United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) to facilitate decision making (i.e., determining acquisition strategy, small business concerns, etc.) and will not be disclosed outside the Government. Proprietary information submitted shall be appropriately marked. Please note that USTRANSCOM will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 481211 - Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation. Description/Scope USTRANSCOM is assessing the availability of sources for fixed or rotary wing transportation services for passenger movement between Point Mugu and San Nicolas Island and between Point Mugu and China Lake, CA.

Period of Performance: 5 years (Base + 4 option years). Start Date TBD. Submission Information Responses to this RFI must be submitted via e-mail to the POCs identified below no later than 12:00 p.m. (Central Time)
