Spare Parts to Support the Satellite Transportable Terminal: AN/TSC-208

This Request For Proposal (RFP) is for a five year base, no option, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, with a maximum contract value of $15,000,000.00 and a minimum contract value of $100,000.00. This will be conducted using Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). This solicitation is for the procurement of parts utilized in the Satellite Transportable Terminal: AN/TSC-208.

Kratos Antenna Solutions Corporation (Cage 4ZTA9) is the only approved source for these parts. No replacement parts will be considered for this procurement. The hardware ship-to location will be W25G1U, New Cumberland, PA. Based on market research, this is a commercial item based on the definition of a commercial item as listed in FAR 2.101. FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 will apply to this acquisition. This acquisition will not be set aside for a small business. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS).
