UPDATE TO SOLICIATION NOTICES--- Due to Executive Order dated February 26, 2025, pertaining to cost efficiency the agency’s use of the government purchase card (GPC) as a method of payment is suspended. Offerors are reminded that at the present time this agency is limited to contract award made under the condition of Electronic Funds Transfer. Offerors requiring payment by other than EFT will be considered non-responsive and will be excluded from further consideration for contract award.
