THIS SOLICITATION SPMYM225Q1205 AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA. 98314. 20FT BAR, METAL, ROUND NI-CU (10FT LENGTHS) PER MATERIAL ORDERING DATA (SEE SOLICITATION)

UPDATE TO SOLICIATION NOTICES--- Due to Executive Order dated February 26, 2025, pertaining to cost efficiency the agency’s use of the government purchase card (GPC) as a method of payment is suspended. Offerors are reminded that at the present time this agency is limited to contract award made under the condition of Electronic Funds Transfer. Offerors requiring payment by other than EFT will be considered non-responsive and will be excluded from further consideration for contract award.
