Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E) is building additional depot repair facilities at the Global TransPark Facility located in Kinston, NC. This site will support maintenance operations for the C-130 fleet with the objective to work toward achieving Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) capabilities or status to include all possible manufacture capability to achieve desired Turnaround Times (TAT).

Note: the attached draft Statement of Work provides the planned scope of this acquisition, but does not prohibit updates being made prior to official solicitation issuance.
