## Description

Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E) is building additional depot repair facilities at the Global TransPark Facility located in Kinston, NC. This site will support maintenance operations for the C-130 fleet with the objective to work toward achieving Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) capabilities or status to include all possible manufacture capability to achieve desired Turnaround Times (TAT).
