This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Unit Price is requested to be held for at least a 1-year increment, but not limited to 1-year. Unit price may be the same for the entire base and option period of 5-years or separated out in 1-year periods as shown below:

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY: The Guaranteed Minimum for this IDC is 200 EA. There is no guarantee that the Government will place any orders after the guaranteed minimum has been fulfilled. In accordance with clause 52.216-19, (Order Limitations), the delivery order requirements are as follows:

Estimated Annual Demand Quantity: 750 EA

Minimum Delivery Order Quantity: 200 EA

Maximum Delivery Order Quantity: 750 EA

*PRICING IS TO BE BASED UPON THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY* Offers will be evaluated using the estimated quantities for the base and option periods. Prices offered shall apply to any quantity ordered. Alternate pricing based on specific quantities or quantity ranges will be evaluated by multiplying the estimated annual quantity by the highest price offered for a quantity that could be ordered, considering the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities, for the base and all option periods.

The required delivery is 30 days ARO; FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Export Control applies. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
