This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Unit Price is requested to be held for at least a 1-year increment, but not limited to 1-year. Unit price may be the same for the entire base and option period of 5-years or separated out in 1-year periods as shown below: **FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY:** The Guaranteed Minimum for this IDC is 200 EA.
