SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev.
