This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, has a requirement for 3-Way Control Valve and Controls for the U.S. Dredge Wheeler. This requirement is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912P826QA039 and is being procured as a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) contract resulting from this solicitation to the o􀆯eror responsible whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 332911 – Industrial Valve Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. .

Quotes are due no later than Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 10:00 AM Local Time. Email submissions must be received and determined to be virus-free prior to submission. The Government requires that quotes remain valid for 60 calendar days from the date of submission.

Any questions regarding this synopsis/solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Francesca deBoer, at Francesca.E.deBoer@usace.army.mil, no later than Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 10:00 AM Local Time. Responses to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission to be eligible for award.
