Intent to Sole Source to Harbour Towne SMI OPCO, LLC. FY25

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole-source to Harbour Towne SMI OPCO, LLC. for the storage of the FBI Miami's boat. This requirement is for the Miami Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
