Notice of Intent to Sole Source for: Sunflower Configured Mobile Scanners and Maintenance Support

The purpose of this requirement is to establish a single purchase order to obtain twenty (x20) Sunflower Configured Mobile Scanners | Model #CN80G the table below to support the DHS, S&T, Administration and Support Division (ASD). The Contractor shall provide the multifunction devices and components; and maintenance necessary to support ASD. This effort supports the DHS S&T Property and Records Management Annual Property Inventory (API).

Minimum capabilities: The Contractor will configure all GSA - CN80G Standard Configuration-USB Adapter to be used on the DHS asset management system of record, SAMS. Provide 3-year (36 months) hardware maintenance service support for the twenty CN80G Scanners. Coverage begins from the date the units are delivered. Where applicable, software and hardware purchased by a reseller to be provided under this contract is to be licensed to the Government and not the contract performer.

Provide DD Form 250 and bill of materials for all items, to include all license key information, quantity, software specifications, and period of performance for support and maintenance, and vendor specific identifiers. The Contractor shall configure all GSA - CN80G Standard Configuration-USB Adapter to be used on the DHS asset management system of record, SAMS.

Verify the functionality and compatibility of GSA - CN80G Standard Configuration – USB Adapter All devices are to be new CNG80 Scanners sourced directly from the manufacturer.
