This effort supports the DHS S&T Property and Records Management Annual Property Inventory (API). Minimum capabilities: The Contractor will configure all GSA - CN80G Standard Configuration-USB Adapter to be used on the DHS asset management system of record, SAMS. Provide 3-year (36 months) hardware maintenance service support for the twenty CN80G Scanners. Coverage begins from the date the units are delivered. Where applicable, software and hardware purchased by a reseller to be provided under this contract is to be licensed to the Government and not the contract performer. Provide DD Form 250 and bill of materials for all items, to include all license key information, quantity, software specifications, and period of performance for support and maintenance, and vendor specific identifiers. The Contractor shall configure all GSA - CN80G Standard Configuration-USB Adapter to be used on the DHS asset management system of record, SAMS.
