Venue for U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur Reception 2024

The U.S. Embassy in Malaysia is seeking a venue to host 1,200+ pax in June or July 2024. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a reception venue with the following requirements: Availability in June or July 2024 Main Ballroom capacity for at least 1,200 pax cocktail reception with room for stage(s) and displays Ballroom and foyer space at least 10,000 sq. ft. Located in Kuala Lumpur City Center The anticipated performance period is for one day in June or July 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
