MMW Chiller For Balance of Plant

9/4/26 Amendment No. 3 responds to questions recieved. 8/28/26 Amendment No. 2 extends the due date to 9/9/26 12:00Pm MDT. 7/16/26 Amendment No. 1 posted to address the technical questions received. At this time we do not need to extend the due date. This procurement is for a single, self-contained, outdoor-rated 20-ton air-cooled industrial process chiller system complete with an integrated glycol pump and glycol buffer tank system.

The primary function of this equipment is to cool and circulate a 50%/50% propylene glycol/water mixture at a set temperature of 35°F (with a flow rate of 60–90 GPM) to condense and dry water out of a hydrogen stream generated by a proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzer. The system must operate under variable loads and survive extreme ambient outdoor conditions at an elevation of 6,000 feet.
