Department of State Overseas Buildings Operations Planning and Real Estate Worldwide Professional Brokerage Services Synopsis The Department of State plans to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a two-year base and eight subsequent one-year options, at the discretion of the Government.
The IDIQ awards will be made to the responsive Offerors whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the “Best Value” to the Government, whereas technical considerations are more important than cost. This award will not be set aside for small business.
