This RFI is for information and planning purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposals (RFP), and it is not a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI
does not commit the Government to award a contract for any supply or service. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Government will not accept telephone calls or answer questions about this RFI.
The Government will not pay for any information provided or for any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. Respondents bear all costs of responding.
