Exchange of the heating system

The project requires replacing the existing boiler—which supplies a living area of approximately 211 m²—with a modern Vaillant gas condensing unit. The scope of work includes the professional dismantling and disposal of the old equipment and associated systems, as well as an inspection of the existing chimney system to ensure compliance with current regulations.

The new system must be installed in accordance with applicable German technical codes and standards (including relevant DIN, TRGI, and VDE regulations) and in close coordination with the responsible district chimney sweep. Further requirements include the installation of safety and control components and the provision of documentation. An on-site inspection prior to submitting a bid is strongly recommended.
