Exchange of a Heating System

The project requires replacing the existing boiler—which supplies a living area of approximately 213 m²—with a modern Vaillant gas condensing unit featuring integrated domestic hot water heating. The scope of work includes the professional dismantling and disposal of the old equipment and associated systems, as well as an inspection of the existing chimney system to ensure compliance with current regulations.

The new system must be installed in accordance with applicable German technical codes and standards (including relevant DIN, TRGI, and VDE regulations) and in close coordination with the responsible district chimney sweep. Additional requirements include the installation of safety and control components, the provision of documentation, and a mandatory site visit prior to the submission of a quotation.
