The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for a Marine Personnel Transport Vessel for Colombia. All intererested sellers should submit their quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15414031

via email to AlejoA@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prerpared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document. Also attached is a NOTICE OF INTENT and justification to award a brand-name procurement action as follows:

Product Service Code: 1910 - Transport Vessels, Passenger and Troop.

NAICS Code: 441222 - Boat Dealers. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with the statutory authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which states that only one brand-name and no other will satisfy Embassy Bogota requirements. Any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to:
