Also attached is a NOTICE OF INTENT and justification to award a brand-name procurement action as follows: Product Service Code: 1910 - Transport Vessels, Passenger and Troop. NAICS Code: 441222 - Boat Dealers. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with the statutory authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which states that only one brand-name and no other will satisfy Embassy Bogota requirements. Any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.
