September 13th, 2024 Subject: RFQ_PR12913917 / DTS-PO 150Mbps ISP Circuit with 16IP address for 12 months to start from Nov 01st, 2024 until Oct 31st, 2025 Quotation Due Date: September 27th, 2024, before 17:00pm. The United States Embassy in Rabat has a requirement for the provision and delivery of internet services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein.

Scope Of Work: The local Internet Service provider must provide a symmetrical internet connection, allowing upload and download data transfers simultaneously at the same speed, and a minimum of four public internet routable addresses from their IP table. This requires a masking block from subnet of /29. It shall not be filtered or blocked for any IPSEC ports or protocols. This internet circuit shall be high-end, professional grade service that differs from the residential, dial up service.

Embassy requires dedicated (not shared or bundled) Internet Bandwidth, 24/7, “always-on” with unlimited usage. Fiber optic, terrestrial connectivity is preferred. The local ISP access circuit to the Post must meet the following specifications/requirements for connectivity.

1. A /29 subnet static Public IP addresses for VPN equipment, network mask, and default gateway IP address.

2. ISP availability: "Always on" 3. ISP connection: IPs must NOT repeat and NOT use Network Address Translation (NAT). 4. ISP must permit installation of Customer VPN encryption devices on circuit. 5. High quality performance, the following parameters in a vendor’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) should be used: a.Packet Loss <=.5% b.Availability of 99.9%. 6.Must not have ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi and affiliated branded products in use on this internet connection.

7.This circuit is a backup of an existing circuit, the provider needs to be different from the primary circuit provider. It shall be installed with the speed of 150 Mb/s in the following office area: Embassy of the United States of America Km 5.7, Av. Mohammed VI?
