DTSPO Internet Circuit 150 Mbps from Nov 01 2024 to Oct 31 2025

Subject: RFQ_PR12796452 / DTS-PO 150Mbps ISP Circuit with 16IP address for 12 months to start from Nov 01st, 2024 until Oct 31st, 2025 Quotation Due Date: September 06th, 2024, before 17:00pm. The United States Embassy in Rabat has a requirement for the provision and delivery of internet services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein.

Scope Of Work: The local Internet Service provider must provide a symmetrical internet connection, allowing upload and download data transfers simultaneously at the same speed, and a minimum of four public internet routable addresses from their IP table. This requires a masking block from subnet of /29. It shall not be filtered or blocked for any IPSEC ports or protocols This internet circuit shall be high-end, professional grade service that differs from the residential, dial up service.

Embassy requires dedicated (not shared or bundled) Internet Bandwidth, 24/7, “always-on” with unlimited usage. Fiber optic, terrestrial connectivity is preferred. The local ISP access circuit to the Post must meet the following specifications/requirements for connectivity. A /29 subnet static Public IP addresses for VPN equipment, network mask, and default gateway IP address. ISP availability: "Always on" ISP connection: IPs must NOT repeat and NOT use Network Address Translation (NAT).

ISP must permit installation of Customer VPN encryption devices on circuit. High quality performance, the following parameters in a vendor’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) should be used: Packet Loss <=.5% Availability of 99.9%. Must not have ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi and affiliated branded products in use on this internet connection.
