PHMSA Equipment Upgrade Installation

The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT)/Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) intends to award a sole source Delivery/Task Order to New Tech Solutions, Inc. for the purposes of installing computer hardware equirment in the USDOT/PHMSA regional offices around the United States.

New Tech Solutions, Inc experienced many supply chain delays in providing hardware to support the installation for the USDOT/PHMSA field offices video teleconferencing (VTC) upgrades which resulted in delays in the installation of the equipment provided which was previously purchased. All of the necessary hardware has now been delivered to the field offices to be installed.

New Tech Solutions, Inc. is the USDOT Office of the Secretary (OST) provided vendor to supply VTC equipment fpr all regional offices, along with sub-vendor Visual Systems Group, Inc. (VSGI), who is the sole approved vendor to complete all VTC installations for all DOT modes.
