All of the necessary hardware has now been delivered to the field offices to be installed. New Tech Solutions, Inc. is the USDOT Office of the Secretary (OST) provided vendor to supply VTC equipment fpr all regional offices, along with sub-vendor Visual Systems Group, Inc.
