ARSOUTH JWICS A/V Video teleconference (VTC) Lifecycle

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade requests your assistance in understanding market capabilities, technical innovation, and pricing structure for the subject requirement. A formal solicitation will be published in the near future. Please respond if your company is capable of performing this requirement. A site Visit will be held next week for all interested parties. Instructions are located within "Attachment 1" Sources Sought Document.

Objectives: The objective of this requirement is to provide a fully functioning VTC conference room which will enable US Army South (ARSOUTH) to conduct both secure (Secret/Top Secret) and non-Secure briefings and videoconferences over two IP networks using dedicated codecs for each network in order to support the ARSOUTH mission.

Scope: Contractor shall provide non-personal services incidental to the supply purchase identified herein to include uninstalling, relocating, or discarding old equipment. The Contractor shall procure Thinklogical products and install all equipment for a technically refreshed VTC Conference Room that is integrated into the Building's VTC Capabilities.
