FY25 Critical Infrastructure Management Services (CIMS) Recompete

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) provides mission-essential, enterprise-wide information technology (IT) services such as email, calendar, web hosting, administrative computing, networking, security monitoring, and security incident response. Through the OCIO/Service Delivery Division (SDD)/Critical Infrastructure Management Services (CIMS) program, the office ensures cost-effective, enterprise-wide Critical Infrastructure support to NOAA’s mission. NOAA OCIO seeks to acquire the services summarized below:
