## Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) provides mission-essential, enterprise-wide information technology (IT) services such as email, calendar, web hosting, administrative computing, networking, security monitoring, and security incident response. Through the OCIO/Service Delivery Division (SDD)/Critical Infrastructure Management Services (CIMS) program, the office ensures cost-effective, enterprise-wide Critical Infrastructure support to NOAA’s mission. NOAA OCIO seeks to acquire the services summarized below:

1) Critical Infrastructure Management Services Data Center Management Data Center Engineering and Design Data Center Infrastructure Monitoring (DCIM) Building Management System (BMS) Electrical Power Management System (EPMS) Compliance and Standardization Customer Engagement and Feedback Innovation and Technology Advancement System Support and Professional Services Information System Management and Support Facility Security Services 2) On-Site Facility Support Services 3) Critical Facility Maintenance Services 4) Critical Facility Projects and Professional Support Please see attached draft performance work statement for more details.
