Hotel and Meeting Space for Annual Conference

The Office of the Circuit Executive for the Ninth Circuit is seeking hotel lodging and meeting space for our annual conference to be held in July 2026. The preferred dates of this event are July 19 - 23, 2026 (preferred); July 26 - 30, 2026 (alternate 1); July 12 – 16, 2026 (alternate 2). Locations we will consider for this event are Hawaii including the Islands of Kauai, Maui and Oahu; Huntington Beach, CA; Portland, OR; San Diego, CA; Seattle, WA. We are seeking properties that are 4-star equivalent or better.

Please refer to the attached document for the event requirements. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, November 1, 2024. Proposals submitted after this date will not be considered. Quotes will be accepted directly from hotels only. Quotes will not be accepted from third party agencies or brokers. Quotes from third parties or brokers will be considered nonresponsive and will be excluded from consideration for award.
