The pruopose of this amendment is to clarify the Evalatuion Factor 1 – FedRAMP Designation. Is the application that is being offered by your company, offered in the FedRAMP marketplace? If so, what is the title of the system/service for reference. The quoter shall provide documentation demonstrate proof of FedRAMP authorization at the Moderate level for their cloud-based solution. QUOTER’S SYSTEM MUST BE FEDRAMP TO BE CONSIDERED.
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:
1. Extend the offer due date FROOM September 6, 2024 TO:
Septemher 13, 2024.
2. Provide government response to industry questions.
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the offer due date FROM:
September 3, 2024 TO:
September 6, 2024 which will allow government to review and respond to industry questions received.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), has a requirement for a comprehensive commercial off-the-shelf Case Management System (CMS) software in its Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM), Workforce Programs Division (WPD). OHRM currently uses manual processes to track, manage, and report on Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) cases and seeks to upgrade its current solution.
OHRM/WPD is responsible for developing and maintaining records and case files for Employee and Labor Relations cases such as conduct and/or performance-based actions, employee and/or union grievances, third party appeals, and administrative investigations (misconduct, workplace violence, harassment, OIG referrals, etc.).
The requirement is to acquire a cloud-based solution that is reliable, scalable, meets Federal security and privacy requirements that address OHRM WPD’s specific needs and enhances overall efficiency. CMS to track, manage, and report on ELR cases for NIST, along with commensurate hosting, maintenance, and support services.
The CMS must comply with applicable DOC, NIST, and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements for maintaining cases and must meet all applicable NIST/DOC IT security and privacy requirements.
