Northrop Grumman End-to-End Sustainment Support of Supplies & Services

This synopisis is to make public notice of NAVSUP's designed to outlin the Navy's proposed support strategy providing cost-effective, end-to-end support for sole-source supplies and services to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, in support of the F-5, V-22, UAS, E-2/C-2, C-130, F-18, Engines, H-1, Support Equipment, H-53, H-60, Common Systems, P3-P8, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers (Jordan, Japan, Canada, Italy, Spain, Brazil France, Kuwait, Philippines, Chile, Switzerland, Finland, Malaysia, Australia, Bahrain, Türkiye, Czech Republic, Taiwan, Nigeria, Israel, Germany, Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Norway, India, Thailand, Greece, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Portugal, Pakistan, Argentina, United Kingdom, Egypt, and Poland) as well as the Support Equipment (SE) associated with the with the identified Type/Model/Series (T/M/S).

The support strategy includes the procurement of repair coverage and spare parts for 782 individual avionic and maritime stocked items (see attached) (and any subsequent configuration of those items) supporting the Navy and FMS customers. Some of the most critical programs will be supported under this effort including, but not limited to, F-5, V-22, UAS, E-2/C-2, C-130, F-18, Engines, H-1, Support Equipment, H-53, H-60, P3-P8, Common Systems, Foreign Military Sales IWST and required Support Equipment.

It is NAVSUP WSS’s intent to award multiple: Sole-source Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) and Sole-source Long Term Contracts (LTCs) which are to be negotiated on an individual basis for each program that is to be supported under this acquisition plan. The Government reserves the right to adjust the market basket of items allocated to each contract vehicle (BOA and indefinite delivery contract) based on the feasibility of negotiating long-term pricing. In addition, the Government reserves the right to adjust the split of years between base and option periods, not exceeding a 10-year ordering period.
