IDIQ for Construction - Tyco Construction, LLC

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Construction Contract for general construction, modifications, repair, alteration, and design/engineering for facilities that may include minor new construction, design-build, design-bid-build requirements at Naval Air Station Key West, Florida and its Area of Responsibility. The contract will not exceed 60 months (12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods) or the contract NTE amount of $4,500,000.00, whichever comes first.

The anticipated range for task orders is $25,000 to $2,000,000. The minimum guarantee is $2,500 and will be satisfied on a negotiated task order to be awarded concurrently with the basic contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $45M. The PSC Code for this procurement is Z2JZ. This procurement is a sole source set-aside solicited in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act 15 USC 637(a)(1) and FAR Subpart 19.8.
